Dr. Milan Joshi

Dr. Milan Joshi President, Joshi & Merchat M.D., P.A.

Dr. Milan Joshi is a respected psychiatrist who has been in private practice in the Columbia, MD area since 1980. He completed his internship and graduated with an M.D. in psychiatry from Johns Hopkins University. Dr. Joshi has been the President of Joshi & Merchant, M.D., P.A., since its inception in 1980. Besides being an active practitioner, Dr. Joshi has been a clinical investigator; a consultant to the MD Department of Corrections; the Medical Director of a regional hospital; and an instructor in psychiatry at his alma mater, Johns Hopkins. Dr. Joshi has been a member of the American Board of Psychology and Neurology since 1983 and has been on the consultant speaker bureau of various pharmaceutical companies.

Karsten Roigk

Karsten Roigk Vice President, Oracle Corporation

Karsten Roigk heads the Applications Market Strategy Team at Oracle Corporation for Europe, Middle East & Africa. A technologist and experienced business executive, Karsten started his career at Andersen Consulting. He joined Oracle Corporation's European operations in 1994. He was a driving force behind the first localizations of Oracle Applications in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

In 1998 Karsten assumed responsibility for the European ERP Product Management Team, including all activities related to the EURO migration of Oracle's European Application customers. Between 2001 and 2004 he managed the European Overlay Sales Teams for Oracle's Finance & Accounting and Human Capital Management Solutions. In early 2005, Karsten took over the newly formed Applications Market Strategy Team for Europe, Middle East and Africa.

Karsten holds a degree in Business Administration and Computer Science.

David Lenihan

David brings decades of experience in banking and healthcare industry start ups. He was formerly Co-Founder & CEO of CareGain (acquired by Fortune 500 company Fiserv, Inc). CareGain was a pioneer in Consumer-Directed Health care, offering employers and health insurance plans a state-of-the art technology platform for HRA (Healthcare Reimbursement Accounts) and HSA (Healthcare Savings Account) administration and plan design. David is considered a "Father of HSAs" for his legislative efforts in getting the Health Savings Account legislation passed. More recently, as CEO he led HxTechnologies sale to MEDecision, a unit of HCSC (Blue Cross of Illinois). Prior to founding CareGain, David served as VP of Business Development for NeuVis (acquired by IBM). Before NeuVis, he served in senior executive capacities at Merrill Lynch and Oryx Merchant Bank having started his career with Chase Manhattan Bank. David has also served as a diplomat with Top Secret clearance.
